Standard Operating Agreement for KSA Healthcare Providers

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RCMHelper, you accept these Terms of Service. You represent that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

2. Clinical Decision Support

RCMHelper provides decision support tools only. It does not constitute medical advice. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare professional.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Plans are billed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) inclusive of VAT. Annual plans offer a 20% discount. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent courts in Riyadh.
